'We just wanted to take the time to let you know how amazing your products are and how
much we thoroughly enjoy using your hot sauces in a variety of recipes! After originally
discovering your Dixie Heat sauce during 2010's Cedar Key Seafood Festival, we
decided to make a special trip up to Palatka this year to catch up with you at the Blue
Crab Festival over Memorial Day weekend. We ended up buying a mixed case of Dixie
Heat and Dixie Fire sauces, and have been putting them to good use ever since. We
appreciate your courtesy when discussing your sauce at the events, and can't wait to

'I purchased a bottle of the Dixie Fire at Fiesta in the Park Lake Eola on November 6th
and have enjoyed it on pizza, eggs and pork skins. Needless to say half the bottle is
gone. The Dixie Fire has great flavor and will go well with beef, chicken, pork or

'I'm not a huge 'burn me up' fan (get heartburn too easily), so I usually only use hot
sauces sparingly. I am a big sauce fan, though, and am always searching for the best
steak sauce, bbq sauce, etc. Finally, someone has made a hot sauce that I can actually
use. I can eat the big brands, but all I taste is heat, and don't enjoy it. Your Dixie
Delight mild sauce is the best tasting hot sauce I've EVER had! My only complaint is
that I'm going to end up going through this bottle too quickly. I've never had a hot sauce
that tasted like this. Thanks.'
